Welcome to Gotcha Covered

Gotcha Covered every step of the way was started in Dec 2020 to help people find ways to live inclusively, during periods of personal challenges. Our goal is to provide access to the clothing, health and personal living aids they need to feel they were still very much a part of the community in which they lived. What started out as a website promoting companies that provided bibs and bib overalls for kids, soon became a site that addressed the clothing, health and inclusive living needs for all age groups.

How I got Started

My name is Dan and I am the guy who created this website. My personal health and wellness issues over the past five years including prostate cancer and a disabling stroke have brought me face to face with adaptive living realities.  Each year almost one million people suffer a stroke and, if their circumstances are anything like mine, which I imagine they are, life becomes a significant challenge.  .

All the major activities of daily living were put to the test. Dressing, bathing, performing the simplest tasks required an unbelievable amount of energy.

It is because of my experiences that I was motivated to find ways to help individuals maintain a sense of dignity and the feeling of inclusion with their family, friends and the community at large.
